As our communities cope with ever changing guidance, Inclusive Partners is still doing what we can to support child care providers, children, and their families. Although we are still working remotely and available via phone and email, we are starting to make some site visits. We will continue to encourage virtual connections to determine if further supports are needed. We reserve the choice to meet in person if the situation warrants.
Our team members are committed to reducing the transmission of COVID-19. Let's continue to be patient and kind in allowing space to make the safest choices for each of us.
Please call or email us for more information should you be interested in accessing our services.

The Inclusive Partners Team
Inclusive Partners
Opening Doors For Oregon’s Children
Operating in conjunction with Oregon’s Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities (OCDD), we are the only group providing inclusive resources, technical assistance and subsidies for child care providers and families of children with higher needs in Oregon.
How We Help
Who We Are
We work with child care providers caring for children who need additional accommodations to support inclusive care. We offer these supports for children and youth from birth through age 17. Families, child care providers and other partners are able to make requests for our assistance at no cost.
The ADA
As services that are open to the public, most child care providers must comply with the ADA. This includes centers, family child care, preschool and out-of-school time programs.
